My talent is more in the visual (photographs) where I am able best to express myself, to convey feelings and emotions. I started photography with human interest subject matter and documentary photography.
- Artist's Bio
Currently, I am working on a DVD and a book project about the Lubavitcher Rabbi whom I photographed in 1978 during some of the farbrengens which lasted the whole night.
I moved on to portraits and architectural photography. The more I was behind the camera, the more I was able to develop the ability to see, observe and express rather then to merely look.
Through the lens I developed the ability to read light, a quality which makes a real difference, and I can ‘put it to work’ when taking landscape photographs where recognizing the proper light and timing for a scene is of utmost importance.
